Hey, I'm Jason Lee! I’m an egoless status quo hater and customer-centric creative who has been leading/developing/growing teams at companies like Zappos, Warby Parker and Crosley my whole professional career. I've worn marketing hats, creative hats, recruiting hats, HR hats, and even dad hats (which are cool again, by the way). 


 

When not working, you'll find me outdoors (hiking, camping, kayaking, hammocking, slacklining, cycling), playing sports (basketball, volleyball, kickball), eating chocolate chip cookies 🍪🍪🍪, listening to music, telling dad jokes, and/or sipping on a delicious craft beer or bourbon with my wife and daughter, Basil (named after bourbon, of course).
